Norfolk prices hardly moved in the first half of 2026: £269,700 in January and £271,712 in June. The annual rate reached 3.6% only because spring 2025 was weak.

Norfolk’s average house price was flat in the first quarter of 2026, at £268,718 in March. North Norfolk fell, Broadland rose, and rents rose faster than prices in every district.
